• How do we ship orders?  We usually ship using the US Postal service.  It has been our experience that this is the most cost effective method, which helps us hold shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
• How quickly will orders be filled and shipped?  Orders will be filled and shipped within 3 business days of the receipt of the order.  If an order is delayed beyond three days due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify the customer as to the expected ship date and provide the reason for the delay.
• How do you check an order status, or have any question regarding our products?  You can check your orders status or ask product related questions at any time by calling our office at:  205-655-9555

• Returns and Refunds:  To return any product, just ship the product back to Astyptodyne. Please include a note as to the reason for the return, so we can use the information to improve our service.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping and handling costs to the credit card of your choice.  To assist us with the refund processing, we will need the following information included with the returned product:
• Credit card type
• Card number
• Expiration date
• Last three digits of the security code on the back of the card.
• The billing address for the card.
• The address where you would like the refund receipt mailed to.

• Order Cancellation:  An order can be cancelled at any time up to the point when the order has already shipped.  After order shipment, the order will need to be processed in accordance with the product return and refund procedures.

• Your privacy is very important to Astyptodyne.  To protect your privacy, we make the following commitments to our customers:
• We will not give any customer information to a third party.
• The information provided by the customer will be used only for the completion of the order.
• Customer name, billing and shipping address and contact information will be retained in our records to be used for subsequent orders or for mailing additional product information, promotional information and special offers.
• Your information is not made available to the public and will never be sold to a third party

• We accept all major credit cards.  To process payment, the customer will be asked to provide the following information.
• Customer Name
• Credit card billing address
• Customer mailing address if different from the billing address.
• Shipping address if different from mailing address.
• Credit card number
• Card Expiration date
• Last three digits of the card security number

Use all of our all natural products as a liniment or athletic rub. Apply freely and massage well several times a day to sore muscles and swolen joints. For all other treatments apply to affected area 2-3 times daily. Can be sprayed directly or applied to a soft cloth and rubbed onto affected area.

Do not bandage open wounds or burns.

For external use only.  Do not swallow.  Do not get into eyes.  Wash with water if eye contact is made.
